1. SPECIFICATION OF PLAYFIELD AND RELATED SPORTS EQUIPMENTS

2. PLAYERS/TEAM
A. The game is played between two teams at a time. Each team consist 11 main players, including one captain and vice captain, and 4 extra players. Total players are 15.
B. Name of all players should be declared before toss. No changes should be made without the permission of the opponent captain after putting the toss.
C. Toss winner can either choose legging or bowling.
D. In the absence of the Captain, Vice-Captain should be responsible to give guidance to the players.
E. A team consist less than 11 players is not allowed to play the match in this case walk over will be given to opposite team
F. A team of mix category in all group consist 5 male, and 5 female players minimum. 11th players may either be a male or female

4. EQUIPMENTS
4.1 BALL :
1 No. OR 2 No. BALL CONSTRUCTED BY ILCC.
4.2 WICKET:
HEIGHT 24- 30 INCH OR 2 TO 2.5 FEET FROM GROUND
4.3 DRESS OR KIT
a. FOR SUMMER: LOWER/TRACK PENT/NICKER, T-SHIRT AND SPORTS SHOES
b. FOR WINTER : TRACK SUIT AND SPORTS SHOES
5. RUN SYSTEM
A. Running between the wicket: just like cricket a legsman can score 1,2, and 3 runs by running between the wickets.
B. Four:. All the ball which cross the boundary by bouncing or touching the ground will be declared four. It may either be a normal ball or over throw.
C. Six: All the ball which cross the boundary in air will be treated as a six. If any fielder hit the ball back to the ground in air after crossing the boundary it will also treated as six.
D. Run for over throw: a legsman can score for single, double, three or more run on a wrong throw.
E. Run for bye: like over throw a legsman can score single, double, three and more run as run for bye
6. OFFICIAL TIME OUT
Time out is not allowed. But at the time of injury the team captain request the umpire for changing the injured player.
7. CHANGE OF PYAYERS
7.1 Change of players: - In the event of injury to the players and when he is unable to play alternate player can be included in the team. However this person not allowed to do legging or rolling.
7.2 When Legsmen injured or unable to play, one other player out of 11 is allowed to run for that Legsmen, but he should not cause any obstruction to other players and he cannot touch the ball.
7.3 When the fielder gets injured or he sent out of the field, the incoming player can only do fielding, but cannot roll the ball.
7.4 The Runner for the Legsmen can wear all the guards.
7.5 No fielder can go out of the field without permission of the umpire and new fieldsman should also take permission from umpire to enter the field.
7.6 Any fielder with permission can enter the field but can do the rolling only after 15 minutes.
7.7 A Legsmen is unable to play due to any physical injury, he can go out with the permission of the umpire and new Legsmen in his place can play and he can also come back to play once this Legsmen got out. All this changes are possible only with the permission of the umpire and no player can go out of his own. If he goes out, disciplinary action can be taken against such a player.
8. EXTRA RUN / MAIN FOULS
The following main fouls by bowler results one additional run to legsman.
8.1. No ball: when bowler cross the bowling line
8.2 Wide ball: when the ball cross the pitch lines.
8.3 Disturbing the legsman during the games.
8.4 Dead Ball: No dead ball in leg cricket all dead balls will be considered as no ball.
9. HOW DOES A PLAYER DECLARED OUT
A player may be declared out by following action:-
9.1 Run out.
9.2 Hit wicket.
9.3 Catch out.
9.4 Bowled.
9.5 Kicking or touching the ball twice. Either by body or feet
9.6 . If a player take more than 2 minute for entering the ground after a wicket.
9.7 If the legsman touches the ball by hands.
9.8 Double touch
9.9. Kicking with another/wrong leg

11. MISCONDUCT BY PLAYERS
On first misconduct umpire will warn the player but if the player continue misbehave the umpire can ban a him/her for the match or series.

13. DUTY OF OFFICIAL
13.1 DUTY OF UMPIRE:-
I. Appointment of Umpires: - Two umpires names and appointed before the toss. They only should supervise the game and follow the terms and conditions of umpiring. They should give correct judgment and also to see that there is no on towards incidents happened.
II. Umpires cannot be changed when game is on but can be change due to in-health.
III. All rules of the game should inform to both the captains before tossing the coin.
IV. Wickets: Umpire should make sure that wickets are fixed properly.
V. Umpire should inform the starting time to both the captains.
VI. Umpire should make sure that all the equipments are in proper condition from beginning of the game till c completion.
VII. Umpire should inspect the field and pitch and note the weather condition.
VIII. He can take decision for stopping the game due to rain or bad weather and re-start again after inspection the field.
IX. Umpires Place: Umpires can stand in a appropriate place to watch the game and give correct decision and can change his place if necessary.
X. When the doubt or confusion arises, both the umpires jointly should give the decision.
XI. Decision of third umpire will be applicable only if the ground equipped with cameras.
13.2 DUTIES OF SCORER
I. He/she should collect all the printing material and stationary from the organizer before the match start.
II He should noted down the time at the time of changing of player.
III. He should noted down the runs, fours and sixes of legsman and overs and wicket taken by the bowler.
13.3 DUTIES OF RECORD KEEPERS
I. They will keep ball to ball record of the championship
II. They will keep the record of run, fours, sixes, wickets and catches taken by a player
14. IN CASE OF NO BALL AND WIDE BALL
14.1 In case of No Ball: all run will be counted with an extra run for no ball. The player will be declared out if got run out only. No other type of out is valid
14.2. In case of Wide ball. A player will be declared out if got out by touching the wide ball, an extra run will be added with the run made by touching the wide ball.
15. TIE AND EQUAL SCORE
At the time of tie or equal score an extra over will be played by both team and the team which will score more run without any wicket will win. But if any team lose their wicket the other will be winner. If the tie don’t break an another over will be given to both the team. But if it continued after 2nd over the decision will be made by toss
